Disabled permissions:

• Upload an avatar
• Post new thread
• Delete own post
• Edit own post
• Edit own thread title
• Start conversation
• Can delete own conversation
• Edit signature
• Post new profile posts
• Comment on profile posts
• Add media items
• Create new album

Warning actions:

• 4-5 points of warning = Limited access for 1 week
• 6–7 points of warning = Limited access for 2 weeks
• 8–9 points of warning = Limited access for 1 month
• 10–14 points of warning = Banned for 1 month
• 15+ points of warning = Banned for 3 months
