The only way to cure weakness after masturbation is to abstain from masturbation completely. Many people get immediate weakness in shoulders, legs, pain in testicles, abdomen, lower back, headache, twitching, etc. There are many other eventual negative consequences on health due to masturbation like hormonal imbalance, constipation, weak immunity, low metabolism, depression, etc. Eventually it can also weaken sex organs and pelvic muscles. It is always good to come out of this self-destructive habit, and earlier the better. Masturbation also distracts in our day-to-day life and one can't focus on other important things and career. Most people and doctors say masturbation is harmless and healthy. Either it is a copy-paste-knowledge just because others are saying or and it is due to the yet inconclusive medical research on it.

Just do these simple things and you will have completely stopped masturbation. Within few days you will feel more energetic and weakness in wrist and shivering will also go away. Simple things to recover from weakness and other problems,

1. Sleep early to wake up early. Late nights can arouse a person.

2. Do not touch (except for quick cleaning during bath) or see genitals. Take quick shower and don't spend extra time in washroom. Avoid watching porn.

3. Do not see or talk about sex with others as it can arouse the senses.

4. Whenever urge to masturbate comes or erection starts, get busy with other things, take a walk, do yoga, talk with someone, read inspirational books. Keep yourself busy. Do regular workout.

5. The world is now over half-nude everywhere, so it is difficult to avoid seeing it totally, but try to ignore and focus on career instead.

6. Use your will power, and make determination to not do it anymore, no matter what.

7. Be with family members as much as possible, etc. to avoid any temptation of masturbation.

8. Do not be alone to get temptation for masturbation.

9. Eat only freshly cooked healthy home meal with least spices in it. It helps stabilize sex drive. Avoid restaurant, packaged, reheated, etc. food.

Many people get immediate weakness in shoulder, legs, abdomen, testicles and etc. This is what we called DOMS(delayed-onset muscle soreness), ito yung sakit sa muscles natin matapos mag excercise. Di ko na nararamdaman to matagal na kahit gaano pa kabigat buhatin ko, need ko na pala magmasturbate para makaramdam ulit 😂. Btw, thanks for the info it will be a very big help to those who are suffering from addiction to masturbation.
 
Kaya po pala ginagawa kupo yan 3x a day po tas sumasakit po back bone kosa likod tas shoulder kupo and yung pelvic kupo late night nako kung matulog sakit sa likod piro ansarap parin kasi sa pakiramdam 😋😇
