Everytime nababagot ka, take a short walk/do small chores/take a bath, etc. para ma-refresh utak mo

Makipagkwentuhan ka sa kaibigan mo ng mga nakakatawang mga bagay para mawala stress mo lods.

Mag exercise, jogging or maglinis ng bahay.
Tamang lakad din sa lugar nyo para makakita naman ng ibang tanawin.
Napakagandang advice 'to ah? salamat mga brad!

Nasa ãdül† section ba talaga to kanina? hahahahha
Napatambay lang ako, kayo puro toot HAHAHAHAHA, adulting naman 'to ah? AHAHAHA
