Which positions are best for ladies?

I would oftentimes stop in the middle of pumping because I can see or feel my partner grimacing or very uncomfortable.

I want her to enjoy herself as well but there were times I could see tears form in her eyes but ayaw nya din gamitin safe word since nakikita nya daw enjoy na enjoy ako.

I respect her and want her to feel safe with me. For now it'a mostly woman on top and reverse cowgirl so she could control the tempo. Advice please.
