ive been drinking 1 can of del monte pineapple juice for five days straight now.. and i dont think there's a difference ??? i havent been eating anything unhealthy din naman

Yes, based on my experience, uminom ako ng 1 large pineapple juice ng mcdo tas may nangyari samin ng gf ko. Tas nagulat siya kasi ang tamis daw ng c*m akala niya diabetic ako hahahahhaha
