solution 1: on airplane mode atleast 5secs. then off

solution 2: Dial *123# for Smart/TnT
Dial *143# for Tm/Globe
Then chose any dun sa menu Tapos wait mo may mareceive na message. then try request OTP gcash

Solution 3: Connect to Wifi na malakas signal.

Solution 4: Log out Gcash and restart Cp
