Kung depress Ka mawawalan Ka talaga Ng gana sir. Try mo munang kalmahn Yung mga negatibong bumabalot sayo or mag refresh Ka sa sarili mo. Minsan talaga nawawala Yan tapos may mga time na hinahanap natin
 
Iwas namuna . kusa lang naman yan gaganahan eh . Wag mo gawing big deal if dka pa comfortable ngayon wag mo munang pilitin . Hanap ka ng ibang mga bagay na pde mo pagtuunan ng pansin . then maging masaya ka .
 
Na depress din ako noon talagang mawalan Ka Ng gana hahahaha seryoso lang pero as of now bumalik Naman mas naging active pa nga eh
