1. The fact that this thread still exists and has not been taken down is irrefutable proof that you were wrong.

2. Rules and laws should not be applied retroactively, as doing so would make them susceptible to power-tripping (bullying which is againts the existing rules)

3. That’s what I was trying to accomplish here; to establish a precedent that can guide us moving forward. It was never personal, and you’re the only one who keeps insisting otherwise.

Lastly, here’s the first bullet point in the rule you mentioned:
