Try mo psychiatrist or psychologist baka makatulong.I make 2 hours of work out po, everyday po yan body clock ko rin 5 am. At 3 months na akong nag jojogging na stop lang kasi quarantin, i wake up 3:30am in the morning. I make up journalize the task that i wanted to do specially my goals. I practice po myself wake up early para sa training ko. Perp kahit na productive ako, naghahanap kasi parin ako.. Pero now i know i need to stop this for my future. Thanks for all the advice. Heheheh
